Intensive Training Camp
(7 and 10 day camp)
The Intensive Training Camps are designed for serious dedicated individuals. The intensive Training Camp provides a great opportunity to improve all areas and aspects of wrestling. Our top-notch staff will work to help you improve in all phases of your wrestling-technique, strength, conditioning, and mental preparation. We will focus on the discipline, commitment and dedication it takes to be successful on and off the mat.
If you are fully committed to being the best you can be and want to be surrounded by others with the same goals, this is a great opportunity. Our staff will lead you through this challenge, and be right alongside you for every workout.
Your skill level and knowledge for what it takes to win will be enhanced by repetition of fundamentals and proven techniques from great coaches. You will improve mental toughness by being pushed and motivated by a positive and committed hands-on staff.
This camp is geared for upper middle school and high school wrestlers. Daily activities will include: drilling, running, lifting, live wrestling and motivational talks. Commit this summer to take your wrestling to the next level!

2:00-3:45 PM - DRILLS AND HARD WRESTLE
5:00-6:00 PM - DINNER
8:00 -9:15 PM - REVIEW TECHNIQUE
10:30 PM - BED CHECK
